I’ve never faced any challenges as a woman in the beef industry, and it’s great to see how much the industry has evolved. Farming is far more inclusive now than it was 20 years ago, and I hope that progress continues.
My advice to any young woman considering a career in agriculture is simple—go for it! Follow your dreams and don’t let anything hold you back.
