Quality and Assurance
Quality and Assurance
Quality and high welfare standards are both at the core of what we do.
As well as our farmers being part of a recognised assurance scheme (such as Red Tractor, FAWL or QMS), we also have a Wagyu-specific assurance scheme that maintains meticulous standards through the whole supply chain.

BWA Assurance
The BWA scheme is designed as a bolt-on to one of the main assurance schemes and is assessed at the same time as a main Red Tractor, QMS or FAWL assessment. The assurance is included in the membership fee of the BWA unless being completed separately from a main assessment.
