It provided a great showcase for Warrendale Wagyu and British Wagyu, having cattle pens of Wagyu weanlings, yearlings and finished cattle, with production managers on hand to discuss technical information. We presented a meat counter with the best of British Wagyu Beef cuts and joints to show visitors, as well as tasting sessions of the finest steaks to give the best demonstration of farm to folk.
