Warrendale launches its summer barbecue campaign

Warrendale Wagyu Fires Up Summer With Nationwide BBQ Campaign

As barbecue season gathers pace across the UK, Warrendale Wagyu has launched a bold s

ummer campaign celebrating premium British Wagyu beef through a mix of online promotions, recipe inspiration and social media engagement.

The Yorkshire-based Wagyu business, which works with more than 800 farmer partners across the UK, is putting barbecue dining front and centre with a campaign designed to showcase the versatility and quality of British Wagyu products.

Across its website and social platforms, the business is promoting a range of barbecue-focused cuts and offers, including offers on Wagyu burgers. It is also focussing on premium steak selections and specially curated barbecue boxes aimed at home cooks looking to elevate their summer gatherings. A new product, the Smash Burger mix is riding on the latest trend for creating burgers.

Among the featured products is the Large Wagyu BBQ Box, which includes Wagyu burgers, kebab chunks, sirloin steaks and rump steaks designed for larger gatherings and family cookouts. The boxes ideal for sharing during the summer season, with products positioned around flavour, marbling and ease of cooking. With the cost of jetting anyway becoming prohibitive, staycation and barbecue boxes should be popular.

The campaign is being driven heavily through social media, where Warrendale Wagyu has been increasing its focus on consumer engagement and food-led content. Warrendale is working with James Strawbridge, Lauren Gourley and Jacqueline Wise to promote the products, as well as educating consumers on the benefits of red meat and wagyu. James Strawbridge has worked on some out-of-this-world global burger recipes. Watch one of his videos here.

The barbecue campaign also aligns with Warrendale’s wider efforts to strengthen awareness of British Wagyu within both retail and farming sectors.

With consumers increasingly seeking high-quality food experiences at home, Warrendale’s latest barbecue campaign aims to position British Wagyu as a premium yet accessible centrepiece for the summer grilling season.
